Meet the Prime Air Team

Every technician on our team is a direct Prime Air employee — not a subcontractor. We invest in ongoing training so every job, from a same-day repair to a full system replacement, is handled to the same standard.

About Prime Air

Prime Air was founded by Raphael Perez and is operated as a family business alongside his wife Elena, who serves as office manager. Our team of 13 HVAC professionals serves residential and light commercial customers throughout Palm Beach and Broward County from two local offices. Every technician on our team is a direct employee — not a subcontractor or seasonal hire. When we send someone to your home, their reputation and ours are the same thing.

We are a Ruud Pro Partner — one of the highest dealer certifications Ruud offers — which allows us to provide a 10-year parts warranty on qualifying installations that independent dealers cannot match. We are also a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer, certified to install and service Mitsubishi ductless mini split systems. Our Florida HVAC license is CAC1823548, verifiable at myfloridalicense.com.
