Raphael PerezFounder & Owner, Prime Air
150 E Palmetto Park Rd #800, Boca Raton, FL 33432
Raphael Perez founded Prime Air in 2019 with a clear purpose: to raise the bar for HVAC service, comfort, and indoor-air quality across South Florida. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a start-up into a trusted partner for both residential and commercial clients—built on a foundation of professionalism, skilled workmanship, and clear communication.
From the earliest client call to the final system check, Raphael ensures that Prime Air’s mission is more than just “get it done”—it’s about getting it done right. He guides the vision for the firm, oversees project standards, and nurtures relationships with clients, vendors and team members alike. His hands-on approach means he’s often actively involved in planning major system installations, coordinating trained technicians fluent in English and Spanish, and responding directly to customer feedback.
Under his stewardship, Prime Air has achieved notable recognition: for example, the company attained a BuildZoom Score of 107, placing it among roughly the top 6% of licensed HVAC contractors in Florida.
The full range of services—from air-conditioning installations and replacements, to duct-work, smart-thermostat upgrades, and advanced air-purification systems—is managed with a constant focus on system performance, energy efficiency and customer peace of mind.
Raphael believes that the challenging South Florida climate demands more than standard HVAC solutions—residents and businesses need a partner who understands the unique demands of heat, humidity and indoor-air quality. At Prime Air he fosters a culture of “customer-first service” where reliability, integrity and transparency drive every job. Full LinkedIn Bio
