Prime Air partners with HOAs, property management companies, condo associations, and community boards throughout Palm Beach and Broward County. Our Community Partner Program gives your residents access to a vetted, licensed, local HVAC contractor — with benefits that make them glad their board took the time to vet someone. And it costs the HOA nothing to join.
The Problem We Solve for Communities
Every summer, residents in your community call random HVAC companies they found on Google. Some get taken advantage of. Some get told they need a new system when they don’t. Some wait three days for an emergency call. The board hears the complaints — but has no easy way to help.
Partnering with Prime Air changes that. You give residents one trusted name, and we take care of the rest. When something goes wrong at 10pm in July, they know exactly who to call — and we answer.
What Your Residents Get — Partner Benefits
What the HOA or Board Gets
Beyond what residents receive, partnering with Prime Air gives your association tangible value:
- Liability reduction — Residents using an unlicensed contractor creates liability for the HOA in some cases. We’re fully licensed, insured, and pull every permit. That protects the association.
- Fewer complaints to management — When residents have a trusted contractor they can call, HVAC problems get resolved instead of becoming complaint calls to the property manager.
- HOA unit HVAC service — Discounted rates apply to any HVAC work on common areas, clubhouses, management offices, or HOA-owned equipment as well.
- No exclusivity required — We don’t ask to be named the exclusive contractor. Position us however your board is comfortable — preferred vendor, recommended contractor, or just a vetted referral.
- Optional community education — We’re available to present at a board meeting or community event on HVAC maintenance tips for South Florida homeowners. No charge, no pitch — just useful information.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there any cost to the HOA?
None. The program is completely free for the association. The discounts and benefits go to your residents — the HOA pays nothing to join or maintain the partnership.
Do residents need to sign up anywhere?
No. They call (561) 855-0659, mention the community name, and receive partner pricing automatically. No app, no code, no registration.
What if a resident has an HVAC emergency at 2am?
We answer 24/7, 365 days a year — a real Prime Air person, not an answering service. We dispatch immediately. Partner community residents are flagged in our system for priority response.
Can we still use other HVAC contractors?
Absolutely. We don’t require exclusivity. Some boards name us a preferred vendor; others simply share our information as a vetted option. We’re comfortable with whatever arrangement works for your community.
How do we verify you’re licensed and insured?
Florida HVAC License CAC1823548 is publicly verifiable at myfloridalicense.com. We provide insurance certificates and all vendor documentation as part of the onboarding package. Your board will have everything needed for due diligence before any announcement is made to residents.
