About Prime Air
Prime Air is a family-owned HVAC company that Raphael runs alongside his wife Elena, who serves as office manager. The company has grown to become the most reviewed HVAC contractor in Boca Raton, with 170+ five-star Google reviews and a 5.0-star rating built entirely on honest service and quality workmanship.
Prime Air pivoted to residential and light commercial HVAC in April 2025, focusing on the South Florida homeowners and small businesses that benefit most from a responsive, licensed local contractor rather than a large impersonal chain. The company’s average replacement ticket runs approximately $10,000, with service calls averaging around $350 — reflecting premium work on quality equipment.
